By browsing this website, placing an order online, or purchasing in person at our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or place an order with Dharshini Crackers.

2. Age Restriction

Fireworks are age-restricted products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that the order is being placed by a parent or guardian on behalf of the household. We reserve the right to refuse an order, delivery, or in-store sale if we reasonably believe it is being made by or for a minor without adult involvement.

3. Product Information

• Product images are for illustration. Actual packaging, colours and effects may vary slightly by batch.
• Stock levels shown online are updated regularly but are not guaranteed until your order is confirmed by our team.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to limit quantities per order.

4. Orders & Confirmation

Placing an order through this website is a request to purchase, not an automatic sale. After you submit your order, our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm item availability, final pricing, delivery or pickup details, and payment before your order is prepared. In-store bills created by our staff are treated as confirmed at the time of billing.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.
• We currently support Cash on Delivery/Pickup, UPI or bank transfer, and in-store cash or card payment. We do not process online card payments through this website.
• Full payment (or an agreed advance) may be required before dispatch or handover of your order, as confirmed by our team.

6. Delivery & Store Pickup

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, order size, and local transport regulations for fireworks.
• Fireworks are regulated goods — delivery may be restricted or delayed in areas with local transport or storage restrictions.
• Store pickup orders will be held for a reasonable period after confirmation; please coordinate pickup timing with our team.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are confirmed and prepared by our team.
• Once fireworks have left our premises (dispatched for delivery or collected in-store), they cannot be returned, for safety and regulatory reasons.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.

8. Safe Use of Fireworks

Fireworks purchased from Dharshini Crackers must be used responsibly and in accordance with local laws:

• Always light fireworks outdoors, in a clear, open area, away from buildings, dry vegetation and flammable materials.
• An adult should supervise fireworks use at all times; children should never light fireworks unsupervised.
• Keep a bucket of water or sand nearby, and never attempt to relight a "dud" firework.
• Follow your local authority's permitted timings and noise/emission regulations, especially during festival season.
• Store unused fireworks in a cool, dry place, away from open flame and out of reach of children.

Dharshini Crackers is not responsible for injury, property damage, or legal consequences arising from improper storage, handling, or use of fireworks after purchase.

9. Legal Compliance

The sale, storage, transport and use of fireworks in India is regulated under the Explosives Act and related rules, as well as state and local pollution control regulations. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of and comply with the rules applicable in their area, including any restrictions on permitted crackers, timings, or locations of use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dharshini Crackers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of products bought from us, beyond the value of the order itself.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website or future orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
